problem   Srinagar, May 3: While expressing serious concern over unabated civilian killings in Kashmir and stone pelting on a school bus in Shopian, the CPI (M) leader and MLA Kulgam Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami Thursday described these incidents as highly condemnable and painful. Another teenager boy died due to security forces firing in Shopian while two students were injured due to stone pelting on a school bus in the same district. For how long our younger generations will have to suffer. The cycle of death and injuries continues unabated in the Valley and unfortunately it has become a routine now. Given the rising toll of casualties and no visible efforts by New Delhi to engage different stakeholders in a meaningful dialogue, there is apprehension that the situation may get further deteriorated. While expressing solidarity with the bereaved families, he demanded an immediate end to the civilian killings in the Valley. Killing of civilians can never be solution to any problem. Whether a civilian is killed by the bullet from one side or the other side, it is loss of precious human life. Whose ‘cause’ is fulfilled by the killings of civilians? Unfortunately, it is a Kashmiri who is getting killed every day.
